Call to Artists

-We are currently seeking  large, abstract , 3D artwork to be display at the Future of Fashion 

Deadline: March 1st, 2020

Event Dates: March 13-14, 2020

Venue: The Thoroughbred Center 3388 Paris Pike Lexington, KY 40511

Event's Theme: Salvador Dali's surrealism

Installation date: March 12 between 8am-5pm. Artists are responsible for transporting, installing and removing their work. March 13 between 12 noon and 5pm.

Art removal Date: March 14 after the event or Monday March 16th

Pieces can be made available for sale. Selected artist will be provided with a two day, non-transferable ticket to attend the event. They also will be listed on our website, the event program and will get social media promotion. Please email 3 photos with samples of your work and an introduction letter to  sbenedit@soreyda.com

Call for silent auction items donation

-We are currently seeking for all types of artwork, other items and gift certificates to be donated for a silent auction to benefit Casa de la Cultura de Kentucky. 

About Casa de la Cultura de Kentucky: This is a group of Latino/Hispanic parents and members of the community who want to promote our culture to the younger generation by offering them programs, activities and workshops in which we teach our traditions, so they learn about our culture and explore our history. We encourage Latino youth to practice and use the Spanish language. We want to create a sense of wholeness to better develop each person's self-esteem and pride in their cultural heritage by learning about their roots and their country. We hope to integrate Latino culture with Kentucky's cultural heritage.

Deadline: March 1st, 2020

Artists, business and other individuals who donate items worth more than $200 will get a one day, non-transferable ticket to the Future of Fashion 2020 event. They also will be listed on the website and event program and also social media promotion.
