Competition Models: Katie Elswick & Yolantha Evans

Chainey Turner is a Marketing & Merchandising specialist, Yoga Instructor, & Fashion Designer from Georgetown, Kentucky. After taking an interest in fashion at the age of ten & exploring many creative hobbies in her youth, Chainey pursued a degree in Apparel Design & Merchandising at Eastern Kentucky University. While attending EKU Chainey designed for Lexington’s Recycle the Runway Fashion Show, winning first prize in 2016, and designed for EKU’s 20/20 vision Fashion show, winning first prize in 2017.  Since College, Chainey has focused on her career in marketing & merchandising at one of the areas local breweries, Country Boy, while gaining a spiritual education as a yoga instructor. In the future, Chainey looks forward to combining all of her  experience: the spiritual & anatomical knowledge of yoga, with the mindset of the craft beer consumer, & the fun & ever-changing  creativity  of  fashion  to  create  fun,  holistic, thought-provoking,  & sustainable  fashion for  the  modern human.
